Our Cancellation Policy
Our Policy:
At Cortland Massage Clinic, we value your time and ours. As a small business, each appointment is important to us and our therapists. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy:
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations that occur on the same day of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
- For clients with a history of three or more same-day cancellations, a 100% charge may be applied.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Emergencies and Unexpected Situations:
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise (i.e. sickness, family emergencies, etc). If something comes up within 24 hours of your appointment:
- Please call us as soon as possible.
- We'll do our best to reschedule you at the earliest convenience.
